Biography
Mr. Cheng Cheng Chun-wah Gary has been engaged in ICT industry for more than 30 years. From an assistant engineer to serving as the CEO of a multinational joint venture company and a non-profit organization, and founded an educational technology company to provide personalized online tutorial services. He has also served as a council member of many professional societies and associations to actively participating in and promoting the development of Hong Kong's ICT industry and making contributions to society. “Telecommunications and Information Technology Industry Employees General Union" was established in last year which to assist industry practitioners in self-enhancement, promote the development of [recognition of past qualifications] certification, and pay attention to the Government's policies on the development of the telecommunications and ICT industry. 盧煜明教授 (SBS JP)現為香港中文大學醫學院副院長（研究）和轉化腫瘤學國家重點實驗室(香港中文大學)主任。他在1997年全球首次發現孕婦血漿內存在胎兒的DNA，成功發展出無創產前檢測技術，已被數十個國家採用。他亦發明多種癌症的血漿篩查技術。他連續四年被「自然 · 生物科技」選為全球20位頂尖轉譯研究學者，亦是數間生物科技公司的聯合創辦人。盧教授是英國皇家學會院士、美國國家科學院外籍院士、及港科院創院院士，並獲頒2021年科學突破獎。
Biography
Professor Lo Yuk Ming Dennis, SBS JP, is the Associate Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Medicine of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the Director of the State Key Laboratory of Translational Oncology (CUHK). In 1997, he was the first in the world to discover the presence of cell-free fetal DNA in maternal plasma. He has successfully developed non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT), which is now adopted in dozens of countries. He has also made inventions for multi-cancer screening using blood plasma. For 4 consecutive years, he has been selected by the authoritative journal Nature Biotechnology as one of the Top 20 Translational Researchers in the world. He has co-founded a number of biotechnology companies. Professor Lo is a Fellow of the Royal Society, Foreign Associate of the US National Academy of Sciences, Founding Member of the Hong Kong Academy of Sciences, and awarded the 2021 Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences.

Professor Albert Yu had taught and performed neuroscience research in UCSF, Stanford University, HKUST and Peking University. Professor Yu is a renowned bio-entrepreneur and scientist with over 30 years of experience in the field of biotechnology including molecular diagnostics. He has published over 170 peer review scientific papers and commentaries, edited 9 books and owned 73 global patents. He invented rapid SARS/COVID-19 detection kits in 2003 and 2019. Science magazine has reported that the BioRadar® System and EFADchip® created by Professor Yu will accelerate the development of precision medicine and guided treatment, putting Hong Kong biotechnology on the global map. Biography
Dr Ng Chi Ho is the founder, chairman and managing director of Suga International Holdings Limited. He has over 40 years of management experience in the electronic industry. He had been teaching Electronic Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic for four years. He is a chartered engineer, a fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, U.K., a university fellow and an honorary life president of the Development Foundation of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Dr. Ng is the chairman of Hong Kong Electronic Industries Association and the honorary chairman of Hong Kong Electronic Industries Council. For years, he has been actively supporting the development of the electronic industry in the territory. He is also a founding partner of Hong Kong – Shenzhen United Investment Fund, investing in and supporting technology startup enterprises.
Dr. Ng holds a BSc. degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a M. Phil degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and an honorary Doctor of Engineering degree from Lincoln University, U.S.A.

Biography
Dr. Dong Sun is the Chair Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Director of the Robotics and Automation Center at City University of Hong Kong (CityU). He graduated from Tsinghua University in Beijing and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and then joined the University of Toronto, Canada. He has joined CityU since 2000. Professor Sun is a pioneer in applying microrobot technology to biomedicine. He was elected as Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, Member of European Academy of Sciences and Arts, and Fellow of IEEE. He has won many awards including China's Top Ten Technology Development Awards for Intelligent Manufacturing, China's Higher Education Natural Science Award, and Hong Kong Awards for Industry.

鍾教授是著名的學術、科研工作者和結構工程師，在結構工程和鋼結構方面具豐富的專業知識。鍾教授現為香港理工大學土木及環境工程學系教授 ，亦是香港建築金屬結構協會創始會長。於2000 至 2007 年, 鍾教授在香港工程師學會結構分部委員會及英國結構工程師學會擔任過多項職務。於2013至 2015 年，他出任英國結構工程師學會監事會成員。鍾教授更當選為英國結構工程師學會 2017 / 18 及 2019/20 副會長。鍾教授於2015年10月接受中華人民共和國科學技術部任命, 成為國家鋼結構工程技術研究中心香港分中心主任。

Biography
Prof. K F CHUNG is an internationally renowned academic, researcher and structural engineer with established expertise in steel construction. Currently, Prof. Chung is a Professor at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and Founding President of the Hong Kong Constructional Metal Structures Association. From 2000 to 2007, Prof. Chung served the Structural Division of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and also the Institution of Structural Engineers in the U.K. in various capacities. He was elected to be a Council Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers from 2013 to 2015. Prof. Chung was also elected to be Vice President of the Institution of Structural Engineers for the periods of 2017 / 18 and 2019 / 20. In October 2015, Prof. Chung was appointed to be Director of Chinese National Engineering Research Centre for Steel Construction (Hong Kong Branch) by the State Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China.
Prof. Chung works on a wide range of inter-disciplinary engineering research, especially on modern steel and steel-concrete composite structures. For many years, he participated drafting of design standards and codes of practice on buildings and steel structures in Hong Kong, the U.K., the European Communities and China. His professional and research works were also adopted in large scale construction projects of steel structures in both Hong Kong and China.

Dr Rocky Cheng is currently the General Manager of Information Technology and head of Innovation & Optimization Centre of BOCHK, leading group’s technology and innovation resources to accomplish business strategic goals and driving digital transformation initiatives of BOCHK in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Rocky has been engaged in the information technology and finance industry over 25 years.
Dr Cheng is the president of the Hong Kong Computer Society. He is a member of the Innovation and Technology Fund Research Projects Assessment Panel under the Innovation and Technology Bureau, and member of Hospital Authority Information Technology Technical Advisory Subcommittee. Dr Cheng served the Chairman of the E-Banking Security Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Banks in 2014, 2017. Dr Cheng has been committed to promoting the development of financial technology in Hong Kong.
Rocky obtained Doctor of Business Administration from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Master of Public Administration, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Science from Tsinghua University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and City University of Hong Kong respectively. Mr. Sean Lee is currently the Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited. He has over 12 years of entrepreneurship experience in the Greater Bay Area.
Mr. Sin is the President of the Internet Professional Association, the Executive Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Software Industry Association and the President of the Youth Council. He has also been appointed by the HKSAR Government as a Committee member of the Youth Development Commission.
Mr. Sin received a Master’s degree in Engineering-Economic Systems and Operations Research from Stanford University and holds three Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science/Mathematics, Economics and Industrial Management (with college honors) from Carnegie Mellon University. Peter has over 36 years of experience in the Innovation and Technology industry. As the COO of Tradelink Electronic Commerce in the 1990’s, Peter played a pivotal role in transforming the import/export trade community from a conventional paper-based operation to digital trade in the first community-wide digital infrastructure by the Hong Kong Government. As the CEO of Computer and Technologies in 2000’s, Peter led the development and implementation of various innovative e- business systems for enterprises and government departments. As the CEO of SUNeVision in 2010’s, Peter was among the pioneers in establishing a mega-scale high power density data infrastructure in making possible the establishment of various major global cloud service providers in Hong Kong. As the CEO of Cyberport since April 2018, Peter has been dedicated himself in cultivating innovation and technology entrepreneurs, especially in nurturing home-grown I&T startups.
He also served on the Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS) Council and Executive Committee as Vice President for more than a decade in the 2000’s, responsible for the founding of eBusiness Specialist Group and the establishment of the “Reciprocal Recognition on Professional Qualification between HK Institution of Engineers and HKCS”. He is currently a Distinguished Fellow of HKCS and was appointed as Justice of Peace by the Hong Kong Government in 2017.
Mr Yan holds a BBA Degree of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was conferred the Honoree of the Year by the CUHK Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma in 2020. He also received Executive Education from the Harvard Business School and is currently an Adjunct Professor of CUHK and an Adjunct Associate Professor of HKU.
